Riding the Katy Trail
On the road again:

My wife and I decided to combine our road biking and backpacking hobbies this year. We purchased two Surly Disc Truckers, which we were lucky to find during COVID, and outfitted them with panniers and all the gizmos that go a long with it. Since we are seasoned backpackers we already had all the gear for touring…thank God after spending all the money on bikes, racks, and bags. We did some local practice runs and now we are ready for a week-long adventure on the Katy Trail.
